• Pay for services according to agreed terms
• Not directly contact interviewers outside the platform

6. Candidate Terms

As a Candidate on HireXAI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate resume and profile information
• Attend scheduled interviews on time
• Behave professionally during all interactions
• Not misrepresent your skills or experience

7. Payments and Fees

• All fees are listed on our pricing page
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

8. Intellectual Property

• HireXAI owns all platform content, trademarks, and technology
• You retain ownership of content you submit
• You grant us a license to use your content for platform operations
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials
