HireXAI

Hiring is broken on both sides. Candidates spend hours tailoring resumes and applying to hundreds of jobs, only to hear nothing back. Meanwhile, companies are drowning in irrelevant applications, spending weeks screening candidates who don't have the actual skills needed for the role.

We kept seeing the same pattern: a massive disconnect between what candidates can do and how companies find them. Great people were slipping through the cracks because of poor resume parsing, while teams were burning time on manual sourcing and endless interview coordination.
